Hello
thank you for visiting our site.
Our Patient population includes:
Have you been through some of the challenging conditions above, and want to help other patients?
Sure have - Here's my story
We get a lot of patients who are new to their diagnosis (or a care-giver who just moved to the area, to help out).
Often, we find that the patient, and their family are overwhelmed, by the steps they need to take to manage their condition.
Or the information on different professionals they need to see (to get the best, most complete care) is difficult to find or hard to piece together...
Have you gone through a lot, and know that feeling? and would like to make it less overwhelming for another person?
- Maybe someone who might be in the same condition you (or your family member) were in?
Please share your story
Give information that you feel will be helpful.
[You don't have to give your full name - initials will do].
Thank you!

At first, when we got the copy the editor sent to us, we were like: "Hey! - Why's Randy Jackson on the cover"?
