What You’ll Learn:
· How to relax. How to modify body movements for your individual needs.
· How to maintain or improve strength and range of motion.
· How to maintain activities of daily living for as long as possible.
· How to move the body and the breath in ways that bring us closer to a state of wellbeing.

· Anyone with a physical, neurological, or other medical condition. You can participate in a chair or on the floor.
· Anyone wishing to use an integrative approach to wellness.
· Anyone wishing for small class sizes.
· No prior yoga experience necessary.

· $17/single class; $15/class if you sign up for all four classes at the beginning of the month.
