What You’ll Learn:
· How to relax.
· How to use classical yoga poses to increase strength and range of motion.
· How to modify classical yoga poses for your individual needs.
· How to move the body and the breath in ways that bring us closer to a state of wellbeing.
Who Should Come?
· Anyone aged 55 or over who can get to the floor and back up with little or no assistance. If you cannot get to the floor, please join our Adaptive Yoga classes on Saturdays at 1:00p.
· Anyone wishing to use an integrative approach to wellness.
· Anyone wishing for small class sizes.
· No prior yoga experience necessary.
Cost/Registration:
· $18/single class; $16/class if you sign up for all four classes at the beginning of the month.
